Job Description
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
Maintain and update database systems using a computer.
Manage, review and coordinate schedule for one or more locations,
Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff, and Production Staff).
- Communicate daily with customers, to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.
- Review work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum Degree : High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum experience : 1-3 years.
- Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
- Legal Age Requirements : At least 18 years of age.
- Clear Post-Offer Drug Screen.
