Job Summary :

The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning and janitorial services.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cleaning and janitorial services.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors.
• Organize and deploy new start-ups.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure proper management of employee relations concerns and other corporate standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years in an operational leadership role.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
• Standing, squatting, walking, for up to 8 hours regularly, 12 hours on occasion.

Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000
