This is a Confidential Search for a Director of Operations.The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team.
You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).
We would like to talk with a Project Manager with Commercial Construction experience or a Project Manager from a subcontractor that is ready to move up.
ResponsibilitiesMeasure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive teamCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects -Team player, exceptional communication skills, the ability to inspire employees and keep them motivated to do a great job and provide excellent service-Expertise with Microsoft Office, Project Management and Presentation Software-Interpret laws, regulations, advise and instruct others on compliance requirements -Define difficult problem areas, analyze complex data and make recommendations-Abide by and enforce all Company, Local, State and Federal laws-Proficient verbal and written skills -Detail oriented with ability to prepare clear, concise reports, email and other correspondence-Valid California Drivers License-Ability to speak Spanish would be a Plus Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field or a combination of equivalent education, experience with demonstrated skills and knowledge necessary to perform successfully in the Director role Licensure / Certification : Required to obtain Licensure / Certification (the classes and expenses associated with this requirement will be paid for by the company and must be completed within 6 months from the hire date).
