A Typical Day

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the execution of business specific processes using the software development lifecycle and / or project management life cycle, developing and analyzing reports, and day to day administrative activities as needed.

As the Systems Analyst , you will create and maintain system and user documentation.

The Business Systems Analyst will :

  • Gather business requirements, and interpret them into practical technical solutions
  • Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment
  • Coordinate and conduct testing
  • Coordinate and deliver training
  • Create and maintain project plans
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Loan Servicing, Loan Origination, or Data Analysis a plus
  • Knowledge in Crystal Reports (or equivalent) a plus
  • SQL Server / .NET experience a plus
  • XML / EDI experience a plus

Compensation : Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below :

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and / or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
