Job Description :
- Conduct the leasing and marketing of residential apartment units
- Be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents
- Maintain responsibility for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all established leasing and marketing procedures.
Position Requirements :
- Greet guests and conduct apartment tour
- Negation pricing for apartments
- Must be neat professional and
- Customer service oriented and communicates with tenants
- Implement fair housing, process applications for rentals and take payments
