Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or military experienceAt least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master’s degree2+ years of experience in Agile product managementAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
