Executive Personal Assistant to Confidential High-Profile Individual

Our client, a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, is in search of a proactive Executive Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Must be happy to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.

About the Role :

  • Manage calendar appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Arrange travel bookings and create detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate all glamour services for appearances, ensuring smooth collaboration with confirmed stylists / artists.
  • Maintain and update records of household inventory meticulously.
  • Effectively oversee vendors, articulating expectations clearly.
  • Handle gift procurement and various errands as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between different teams.
  • Participate in business meetings, actively listening, and meticulously documenting key points and action items.
  • Handle both large and small tasks.
  • Assist in creating packing checklists for travel.
  • Manage special projects as necessary.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000
