Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC / Plumbing Project Manager to join our Orange County, CA team. This is a dynamic opportunity for a local professional with a stable work history and a strong background in commercial mechanical construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Created and managed detailed project schedules, including developing Gantt charts to track progress and coordinate resources effectively.
- Accurately estimated and managed change orders, documented all project adjustments, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas to deliver successful projects across various environments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated stability and commitment within the local Orange County market.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing project management experience.
- Proficiency in building Gantt charts, project scheduling, and change order estimation.
- Strong ability to manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
