Phoenix,AZ, is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician to providecomprehensive care for patients of all ages. The position involves temporarycoverage in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.
Schedule : July - September
Requirements :
- MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completedresidency in Family Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council forGraduate Medical Education
- Activeand unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
- Abilityto obtain temporary or locum tenens licensure if not already licensed inArizona.
- Boardcertified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- CurrentDEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- Priorexperience in a family medicine setting preferred.
