Vice President of Clinical Operations- LTC
SEEKING EXPERIENCED REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS!!
Located throughout Central and South New Jersey
Salary : Up To $200K per year (depending on experience)*
SUMMARY : The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the assigned region of 4 facilities throughout Central and South New Jersey ensures a high level of quality care based on established nursing standards and resident rights while supporting and assisting with the implementation of facility policy and state regulations.
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse licensed to practice in New Jersey State
Must have experience in NJ
Must reside in New Jersey
Must have nursing home experience
Must be willing to travel
Must have Regional Nurse or VP of Clinical experience
Must have strong clinical background
Experience in direct patient care and assessments of clinical conditions
Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in the healthcare field
Experience in coordinating educational events
Responsibilities :
Responsible for full clinical oversight of 4 buildings across NJ
Overseeing the Directors of Nursing, conducting mock surveys and ensuring facilities are in clinical compliance
