About the Position
We are seeking an Associate Vice President of Architecture to join our growing Architectural team in Peachtree Corners (Atlanta), GA.
The ideal candidate possesses 20+ years of progressive experience, including as a Senior Leader within an Architectural Design firm.
The successful candidate will lead the operations of the Architecture team, interface with clients, network for business development, and support proposal development for project opportunities.
Knowledge and Experience :

- Corporate and Commercial
- Industrial
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- Architectural License
- 20+ years of experience
- Experience in Federal, Higher Ed, and Municipal Building Design a plus
- Fully capable architect with experience in Project Management and Client engagement
- Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and other typical tools of the profession
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Compensation
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge, and experience.
We anticipate filling this position as an Associate Vice President with a salary range of $137,500.00 - $225,900.00. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits dependent on position offered.
