Sinclair is looking for a Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and manage sales activities within your assigned region, aiming to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
You will be responsible for maintaining key account relationships, managing a substantial lead pipeline, and supporting both the sales team and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Engage in social media outreach and maintain active engagement
- Perform product demonstrations
- Ensure accurate and useful updates in CRM
- Create accurate forecasts for the territory based on pipeline assessment
- Attend sales events both within and outside the territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales Management for collaborative efforts
Post-Sale Support :
- Perform installations of products
- Attend open houses and customer events
- Maintain frequent contact with customers via visits, social media, email, etc.
- Manage upgrade, cross-sale, and consumable sales
Essential :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (equivalent experience may substitute for a degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with proven track record of exceeding 100% of sales targets consistently
- Strong ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage last-minute requests and thrive in a fast-paced environment
