The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Lexus Sales Business Development Center (BDC)! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
- Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
- Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
- Promote current sales programs to clients.
- Field phone and internet inquiries.
- Work closely with sales representatives.
- Conducting follow-up calls.

SALES PAY RANGE : $50,000 - $65,000 (Range consists of hourly plus commission)
Requirements
- Previous automotive BDC or Call Center experience required.
- Previous customer service experience & strong phone skills required.
- Trainable in various computer systems.
- Excellent verbal / written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Weekend and AM availability required
