We need to hire a Maintenance Assistant. This person should have at least some general construction experience and a basic understanding of tools.
Although job duties vary from day to day, they will work with our Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep at our townhome community, including but not limited to :
Shed and fence construction and repairs.
Minor building repairs.
Minor plumbing repairs.
Painting.
Assist with setting up of clubhouse for events, meetings, etc.
Assist with porter responsibilities when needed.
Hours are 8 AM 5 PM on Monday Friday.
