We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automation Sales, Regional Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to spearhead sales and business development initiatives within a designated region, focusing on our automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing solutions sales, with an emphasis on automation.

They will have an analytical mind and excellent numerical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and forecasts.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the region.

2. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

3. Review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential, and implement plans to expand sales territory.

4. Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

5. Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

6. Coordinate and liaise between the sales department and engineering.

7. Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.

8. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and solutions.

9. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of the proposed client base

expansion.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing solutions sales, specifically in automation.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to understand and present technical concepts.

4. Strong sales forecasting abilities and experience in territory development.

5. Excellent numerical skills with the ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions,

proportions, and percentages.

6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

8. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

9. Availability to travel extensively within the designated region.
