Overview
Wine Cellar and Accessories Sales Consultant at Rosehill Wine Cellars in Naples, FL. We are launching a new retail store and seek a self-motivated and reliable consultant to help operate independently and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into Rosehill's showroom and walk them through Rosehill's offerings.
- Respond to telephone and web requests for information and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Provide expert advice on wine cellars, storage systems, and accessories.
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up with clients.
- Process orders and fulfillment using Rosehill's platforms.
- Open and close the store, handle transactions, and maintain showroom displays.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and coordinate with suppliers and installers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the retail store.
