What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for appliance repair services
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Coordinate in-home and commercial service appointments with technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of services needed
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and data entry
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of customer service experience
- Strong telephone communication skills and reliable wifi connection at home
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead a small team of remote customer service representatives
