Job Description :
Soliant Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist for a rewarding opportunity in a school setting serving PreK-8th grade students in Fort Worth.
This position provides a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young students and support their development.
Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in PreK-8th grade
- Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to help students achieve their educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible support for each student
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
