Position Summary :
One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
This role will involve overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes.
- Resolve construction issues and disputes.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family construction project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
