Position : Registered Nurse - Supervisor

Pay : $110 / Hour
RN House Supervisor Eves / Nights Rotate - 40hrs
This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services departments, working collaboratively with the Admitting Office and overall hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Interacts with nursing / patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care.
Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Leadership.
Skills :
Required : Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform Cardiac Drips, titrate meds.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people.
Ability to quickly gain competency in various hospital software applications.
Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; able to effectively work in a changing environment.
Advanced clinical skills and demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
Experience :
Required : 3+ years advanced Med / Surg Tele experience.
Preferred : Critical care nursing experience.
3 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
Education :
Required : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Licensure :
Required : Current Massachusetts RN license (in good standing).
Certifications :
Required : Current BLS.
