Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to fill an opening with an Automotive Supplier located in Metro Detroit.
The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in high-volume automotive part manufacturing and precision machining.
Requirements of the Manufacturing Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of supervisory experience
- Background in machining, CNC, lathes preferred
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager
- Oversee Manufacturing
- Production planning
- Strategic engineering planning and decision making
- Oversee all building safety
- Interface with other departments to ensure engineering planning and execution flows to other departments smoothly
- Manage production to ensure delivery of products within cost, quality and timing targets
