We're looking for a motivated Civil or Environmental Engineer with 0 to 4 years of experience to tackle diverse projects tailored to client needs.

You'll have the opportunity to grow into managing projects from inception to completion, blending engineering prowess with technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Designing a range of municipal infrastructure projects including transportation, storm water management, green infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Collaborating closely with technicians, engineers, project managers, municipal officials, contractors, and the public to ensure project success.
  • Preparing and submitting permit applications at Federal, State, and local levels.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with colleagues and clients to foster teamwork and project excellence.
  • Potential involvement in site development, agricultural, and natural resources projects based on interest and workload.

Qualifications :

  • Passion for municipal engineering and thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and lead project components.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D / Revit is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and contractor interactions.
