Position : Machine Operator

Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday Friday, 3 : 30 PM 2 : 00 AM)

Pay Rate : $19.80 / hour

Location : Southwest Indianapolis

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring efficient production, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal machine functionality.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work the designated shift hours (3 : 30 PM 2 : 00 AM, Monday Friday).
