Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a part-time Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / South Brooklyn Health.
Accommodating more than 250,000 outpatient visits, and more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine .

Responsibilities
- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Academic position which includes teaching residents and fellows
- Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of faculty
- Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Bilingual Spanish or Cantonese a plus

- Base salary - $115,000.00 (based on 22 hour workweek)
