BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nurses Aide / CNA for a part time opportunity to complete home visits to clients located throughout Durham county .
This is a Medicare certified office that utilizes CNAs to assist with bathing for clients 1-2 times per week and pay is based on a per visit rate.
Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide must :
- Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements

- Nail care
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks : temperature, pulse, respiration
