Job Details

seeking a Value Consultant to partner with clients and help them define, measure, and communicate the business impact of their investments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytical skills with client-facing engagement to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to uncover and quantify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Build and present value-based business cases that demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align solutions with client goals.
  • Guide customers through value assessments, success planning, and reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Support adoption and retention by ensuring clients recognize the impact delivered.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years in consulting, customer success, value engineering, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level discussions and presenting business cases.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or B2B solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
