Call Center Representative

We are seeking a full-time Deposit Services Representative to work in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through a variety of inbound communication channels to customers and staff, troubleshoot and resolve routine account-related requests along with responding to inquiries about bank products and service, account transactions, account balances, funds transfers, stop payments along with ancillary products including but not limited to Online / Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Cash Management, ATM / Debit cards, Payment Portal and IVR.

Saturday 8 am-12 : 00 pm
