Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. *What You Will Do*Applying manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended value stream to resolve constraints and improve process and product designsLeverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business decisions and results from new designs to recurring productionDesign, control, and improve the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined teamLead and coordinate projects, efforts and improvements across the extended value streamsAct as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the programAct as a mentor and trainer to manufacturing engineersIdentify and resolve constraints across the programParticipate in corrective action investigationProvide technical input and peer review to engineering design changesProvide technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineers*Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF).* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.

S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.
