This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare to the residents of Rhode Island.
Salary and Benefits :
- The salary range is $115,000 - $120,000 based on experience
- Language Differential 5% Additional Salary

Responsibilities :
- Monday Friday (8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM)
- 32 Hours Clinical / 8 Hours Administrative
- Adult Population
- Collaborate with behavioral health therapists, peer recovery coaches, psychiatrists, nurses, community health workers, and family medicine physicians.
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including the management of legacy medications, utilizing cutting-edge, evidence-based, harm-reduction strategies and consensual deprescribing approaches.
- Appointments are 20-30 minutes each.

Requirements :
- Current And Active License in Rhode Island Required
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 5 Years of Primary Care Experience with Specialized Training / Experience in Addiction or Pain Management Required
