Who You Are :

The Sr. Manager of Operations Marketing will lead our content marketing and technical marketing teams. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong marketing acumen and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate content and technical solutions.

You will oversee the content team responsible for creating engaging marketing content, and the technical and graphics team focusing on technical implementations and graphic design.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless team collaboration to drive effective marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Your team will serve as the primary advocates for our customers, guiding them toward success and delivering relevant, compelling resources to accelerate the adoption, retention, and expansion of our products and services through marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented and strategic mindset, strong marketing acumen and a commitment to driving effective digital advertising strategies.

You will oversee the operations marketing team and ensure seamless collaboration to drive impactful marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.

The Sr. Manager of Operations Marketing will also serve as the team lead of marketing professionals to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels and guide content creation and campaigns to support the adoption and expansion of HighLevel marketing programs internally and externally.

What You'll Be DoingDevelop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Oversee the creation of high-quality, customer-facing content, including videos, web copy, email copy, ad copy, social media posts, and more.

Ensure content meets marketing objectives and engages the target audience effectively.Supervise the marketing operations team, ensuring consistency in visual branding across all marketing materials and overseeing setup and optimization of marketing automation processes.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resourcesOversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure accurate, error-free content and technical outputs across all marketing initiatives.

Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all publicly released content and documents.Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and technical solutions.

Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability across marketingAnalyze and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate closely with other marketing teams to integrate requirements into campaign strategies, utilizing project management tools for efficient progress tracking.

Ensure both teams meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality, accurate outputs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership, to align on goals and project requirements.

Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and foster relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendationsIdentify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketing strategy.What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of experience in marketing operations, content management, or technical marketing roles.

At least 4 years in a marketing leadership roleA documented history of crafting and launching creative marketing campaignsExperience as a marketing visionary with a deep understanding of marketing principles.

A marketing thought leader who has implemented unique and effective marketing campaigns, preferably Direct Response type of campaignsProven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality content and technical solutions under tight deadlines.

Advanced use of ClickUp and marketing automation platforms.Can plan out a campaign based on automations and technical resource needs.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimizations.Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation in marketing operations practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
