Job Description : We seek a dedicated Physician (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Women's Health or Primary Care to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of women.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare experts to deliver integrated and holistic care. This position offers unique benefits that set us apart from competitors, including high wages, Telehealth, low caseload, and a significant increase in your quality of life.
We are looking for a provider eager to grow without being constrained. You will be fully supported by a clinical team of nurses, medical assistants, and psychotherapists to deliver holistic, comprehensive treatment.
We seek someone dedicated to women’s health and making substantive changes in women's quality of life, aiming for generational impact.
Responsibilities may vary :
- Provide comprehensive gynecological and primary care services, including routine checkups, health screenings, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conducted diagnostic tests, interpreted results, and developed personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with therapists and a strong clinical team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in women's health and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Qualifications :
- Medical degree (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Medicine, or a related specialty focusing on Women's Health or Primary Care.
- Valid medical license to practice in Connecticut.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in women's health care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
