Attorney

We have an immediate need for a Florida-licensed Commercial Litigation Associate to join a national law firm. While this is a remote role, the successful candidate will need to reside within a commutable distance to Naples, Florida.

This position will involve all phases of complex commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate must have experience with the following :

• conducting factual investigations and discovery.
• preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• participating in medications.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with direct client contact.
• Judicial clerkship experience within a federal court is preferred, but not required.

Qualified candidates :

• Three to five years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong preference for those currently practicing in Florida.
• Excellent academic record and Florida bar licensure.
• While this is a remote position, the ideal candidate will reside in the Naples, Florida area.
