Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Specialist III to join our team in Norfolk, VA .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor / specialist.
- May lead and direct the work of others. Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
- Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and / or computer based / computer aided training.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Bachelors in STEM, Business, or other related area

Current Secret clearance
Physical Requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
