- Responsibilities : *
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the RN / LPN scope of practice.
- Perform catheterizations and tube feedings as needed.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient assessments and care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
- Stay updated on best practices and continuously improve nursing skills.
- Requirements : *
- Valid LPN / RN license in the state of NJ
- Two set shifts per week -Authorized to work in the US
