The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company. This includes recording all financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial records
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
Requirements :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
