Responsibilities and Duties
- Creates Happier Aging experiences and client-focused care in home and community settings
- Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the client’s experience, ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
- Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice outlined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Engage and report in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified
- Respond to Care Services Center (CSC) team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed-upon timeline
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently as outlined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Is a leader in the community
- Able to use applications via phone and email to ensure proper communication and documentation are completed for your client’s care
Requirements
- Education Requirements :
- Associate or higher degree in Nursing from Accredited College or University.
- Active Nursing License in the State of North Carolina or compact license state.
- Experience Requirements :
- Minimum two years’ experience in an acute care setting.
- Home care experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite : Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intentional organization, planning, time management, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving goals
- Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
- Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
- We provide care 24 / 7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients’ needs.
- Passionate about making a difference, delivering a WOW Customer experience, admiring people, and finding a better way
- Ability to travel independently to client’s visits
