In return, well help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Team Leaderfor our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, Nevada.

Team Leader is responsible for providing, coordinating, documenting and scheduling orientation and routine-highly complex trainings.

Responsible for developing new technical training anddeveloping and implementinguse of training documents including SOPs and processes to support the overall company training program.

Lead and mentor less experiencedpersonnel.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Team Leader position.

Bachelors degree (BA / BS) or equivalent in scientificdiscipline. 4-6 years related experience in animal science, biology, chemistry / pharmacy, or similar lab environment with a minimum of 3.

5 years in a training capacity and 2 years of multi-species experience, or must have demonstrated full technical competence and satisfactory performance at the previous level.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as satisfactory substitute forspecific education and experience listed above.

AALAS certification at the LATG level strongly preferred, LAT required. Demonstrated advanced technical and analytical skills.

Effective communication and leadership skills.Ability to handle a variety of laboratory animals.Proficient in technical skills and the operation of data collection equipment.

Knowledge of GLPs and other federal regulations and guidelines relating to the care of laboratory animals required. Understanding of basic, intermediate, and complex study design and protocols.
