Process Managers thrive in understanding how things work that means designing business processes, understanding and mitigating business risks and ensuring we have the right controls in place and then making them better.
As a Process Manager within Enterprise Payments, you will work with teams across the organization to manage risk and improve our business processes.
Over the past year, we’ve made changes to our processes and we are looking for a talented Process Manager to drive standardization across our business processes and ensure our processes are well documented and up to date.
Longer term, this individual will consult with our operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes to reduce risks.
Key responsibilities for this role in the Enterprise Payments team include :
Developing and driving a certification schedule and managing all activities in an Agile fashion while keeping stakeholders updated
Ensuring all processes meet process management standards, including those for critical business processes, as well as partnering with Risk and Operations to update / create controls to address risks
Leveraging Business Process Management (BPM) tools like Process Maps, RACIs, FMEAs, SIPOCs to define the current state of a process, ensure the process fulfills on key requirements, and mitigate risks as teams drive to deliver desired customer outcomes while using these same tools to define a brand new or proposed process
Leverage data from root causes of risk issues and events to drive process improvements mitigating these risks
Apply management skills such as communications and change leadership to ensure changes to L2 processes are incorporated into process documentation product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement
This position does require onsite attendance
Location : This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office in Richmond, VA, McLean, VA or Wilmington, DE for certain aspects of the role.
Basic Qualifications :
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
At least 1 year of experience in Process Engineering
BPM certification
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management
At least 1 year of experience in Payments
AAP, APRP, or CTP certification
Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, or ABA Risk Management certification
