Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room
Location : McKinney, TX
Shift : 12 HR Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Shifts Per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient needs, develop nursing care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Maintain compliance with staff / patient ratios as per ENA Guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license in State .
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Strong understanding of nursing and patient care standards and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
