Soliant Health is currently seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time positions within school districts.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Requirements :
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to apply. Detailed requirements include :
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid state licensure as required
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and parents
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide training and support to school staff on implementing behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BSPs).
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Conduct parent training and provide support to families to facilitate consistency between home and school environments.
