Title : Project Manager

Location - Charlotte, NC / Richmond, VA / Atlanta, GA

Duration - 8 months of project with possibility of extending)

Project Manager will support Strategy 2.0 Initiatives as they relate to Wholesale Payments; Work closely with Strategy teams, business partners and Delivery teams;

prepare executive level strategic deliverables. (Scope, Schedule and Cost.)

• Completes gap analyses across delivery areas and determines how to best represent future state needs to executive leadership
• Creates strategy and planning documents in PowerPoint, effictively communicating in a concise manner
• Facilitates monthly reporting presentations for various external partners (TIP, Cyber, etc.)
• Ability to support design thinking and facilitation workshops to help problem solve technology challenges
• Develops project plans and gant charts to support timely completion of strategy projects
• Uses financial reporting to determine areas of focus for Enterprise Payments & Wholesale
• Utilizes dashboards to draw insights and organizes expense data for external consumption
• Identifies and manages project and program interdependencies.
• Balance stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget.
• Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gains buy-in from groups who may be resistant to change

Must have Skills -

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field is required
• 3+ years of Financial Services Industry in a consulting or adjacent function
• Recent experience working with MS PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
• Ability to travel according to client demands
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Project Management Skills and Experience
• Information Technology (IT) Experience
• Financial Tracking & Reporting
• Understanding / experience of banking / financial services
• Strong organizational and communication skills / Attention to detail
• Strong follow up to ensure all tasks are fully completed
• Strong MS skills (MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimum input after initial guidance
• Able to work under pressure and shift with changing priorities (Flexible)

Plus / Nice to Have Sklls / Prior Experiences :

• Consulting experience highly preferred
• Industry specific consulting experience (Financial Services)
• Design Thinking experience
• High travel tolerance
