Big Ass Fans is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative for our Residential team to bring comfort without compromise to the homes of our biggest fans.
The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about interior design and can bring enthusiasm to our customers to find the perfect addition to their home and outdoor living space.
This Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound lead calls, consistently achieving the daily call target to ensure timely customer assistance.
This person must showcase strong communication skills and have proven ability to engage effectively with customers such as homeowners, contractors, designers, showrooms, and more.

Responsibilities
- Make or receive phone calls to / from potential clients and determine the next best steps.
- Record detailed customer information such as project type, home size, information and reaction to the call in CRM.
- Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
- Effectively communicate and assist in selling residential products’ features and benefits
- Call leads that are interested in residential products quickly and efficiently
- Check completed work or existing information in CRM for errors or duplicate information and update CRM with correct information, and build quotes.
Requirements
- BA or BS or equivalent experience
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Interest in home design, showroom, home automation for homeowners, contractors, designers, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- Achieve or exceed daily metrics in place for specified role
- Superb communication skills are a must
- Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Google platforms (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
