Our retail client is looking for an Account Coordinator with some project mangement experience for an immediate contract to hire role;

this role meets onsite 2-3 times per week and will work closely with the Strategy and Product departments. Ideally looking for at least one year post graduate experience in a Project or Account role and agency experience is a plus!

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support projects within our customer research program. The role is up to 20 hrs / week (with potential to become full time).

This individual will need to have strong project management skills, feel comfortable with data / analytics, and be eager to champion our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project timelines, maintain project status reporting, manage project meetings, and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Maintain current processes, workflows, and project / process documentation; provide feedback for continuous improvement to project workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships, keeping track of hours used and tasks completed, checking the quality of work provided, and ensuring progress aligns with our roadmap
  • Aid our IT team in automating current processes
  • Manage feedback and requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in project management teams as needed
  • Assist Strategy and Product team as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' post graduate experience in a project or account role
  • Must be detailed and organized.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  • Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
