What You’ll Do :

• Manage a generalist book of business : Handle a variety of accounts, including BOPs, cannabis accounts, bonds, construction, habitational, and artisan contractors.
• Work with accounts $50k in premium or less : Focus on the small to middle market experience.
• Provide top-notch service : This role is service-only. While cross-selling isn’t required, we do offer negotiation opportunities if you bring in your own business.
• Utilize Epic management system : Experience with Epic is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Enjoy hybrid work arrangements : After completing your training, you’ll have the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in small to middle market commercial lines : Understanding the needs of small businesses and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Service-oriented mindset : Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio : From BOPs to artisan contractors, you’ll handle a variety of accounts with ease.
• Flexibility and adaptability : Willing to learn and use the Epic management system, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
