Each day will bring different opportunities for advancing your skills, education, and learning about different areas of medicine!Primary hours : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm. May be scheduled to work 7 : 30am-4 : 00pmThe Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, in accordance with the NYS Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and the standards set by Nursing Services and the Nursing Practice Council.Qualifications : 1. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.2. Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.3. Previous experience preferred.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to work with other healthcare team members.6. Meets requirements of physical / pre-placement screening.7. As applicable, the individual has training / competency in attending to the special needs and / or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
