Data / Business Analyst, Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD and H4EAD)
Location : Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite)

Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Data Warehousing : Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses.
Data Profiling & Validation : Proficiency in data profiling techniques to understand data quality, completeness, and consistency.
Expertise in data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Data Visualization : Skilled in creating clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Data Mining : Experience in applying data mining techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from large datasets.
SQL Expertise : Expert-level SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand data needs.
Design and develop data models to support reporting and analytics.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Perform data profiling and validation to ensure data quality.
Create visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Use data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
