Overview

A Level II Trauma Center in Jackson, MI is seeking a Board Certified CRNA to provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases. The CRNA will work a consistent 4x10 schedule with no call responsibilities, in a collaborative, hospital-based environment.

Practice Highlights

Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures (adult & pediatric)

Provide anesthesia for neurosurgical cases with pre- and post-procedure neurological management

Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration techniques as needed

Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout procedures

Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision within a team-based model

Maintain continuous patient monitoring across perioperative phases (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)

Documentation system : Epic EMR

Schedule : Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week; no on-call duties

Setting : Hospital-based, Level II Trauma Center

Case volume : 50 surgical cases per day across multiple ORs with rotating assignments

Respond to emergencies and perform airway management, including intubations

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) Required

Active Michigan license Required

Clean background Required

BLS, ACLS, and PALS (through AHA) Required

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience Required

Schedule & Coverage

Four 10-hour shifts per week

No on-call responsibilities

Credentialing timeframe : Not specified typically days
