The Role : The Beverage Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager. They are responsible for overseeing the operational pre-event set-up at all bar locations, as well as the post event clean-up.
They will oversee the execution of all aspects of the Legends beverage playbook, provide excellent customer service and adhere to Legends Hospitality standards.

- Closely follows and fully completes Bar Event Checklist provided by Management.
- Administers beverage training to staff members, including proper procedures for specialty drink recipes, vessel / cup specifications and expectations for bar management, displays and cleanliness.
- Supervises and works closely with all Bartenders, Barbacks and Stand Leads to ensure that product is properly set and displayed in accordance with the beverage playbook.
- Coordinates the movement, delivery and pick-ups of necessary equipment and product to and from all bars including but not limited to liquor, wine, beer, mixers, cups, barware, ice, and fruit.
- Oversees the batching team for all specialty and frozen drinks. Provides par levels and dispersal instructions for accurate batch quantities.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of the Beverage Playbook as well as required drink recipes and vessel specifications.
- Ensures proper menu items, as well as pricing, are up for display for each event.
- Oversees the post-event clean up with Barbacks and Bartenders in accordance with health and safety standards. This includes regular sanitization of the frozen drink machines and bar carts.
- Records and delivers the correct amounts of inventory for proper dispersal, ensuring to have ordered the correct amounts of supplies to maintain proper par levels for each location assigned.
- Collaborates with the Alcohol Compliance Representatives to ensure Servers and Bartenders are adhering to RAMPtraining and alcohol guidelines, including proper ID’ing and accurate pouring.
- Makes sure all liquor and wine inventories are always organized, locked up and secured.
- Alerts Management and the Warehouse Supervisor of low inventory on any bar items.
- Assists with Month End inventory counts and organization.
- Develops the ability to use the FOH POS system and BOH inventory systems including training and problem solving.
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage services
Licenses & Certifications :
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring, if necessary)

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
