The supply chain is one of the core team of the global e-commerce business, who are responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules.

Global e-commerce supply chain team aims to improve customer experience with warehouse & supply chain technology, empower the merchants to ease and expand their business worldwide with reliable and trustable fulfillment capabilities, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

Supply Chain Operation Platform team secures the end-to-end experience of FBT customers. It builds control tower for exception monitoring and alarming, customer service engine to handle customer feedback, and logistics service provider to cooperate with external service providers for service and cost calibration.

Responsibilities : - Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build / integrate Warehouse Management System(WMS) or supply chain system(inventory planning and control, seller service, etc) for domestic and global TikTok Shop E-commerce.

Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability.- Deliver best-in-class engineering excellence practices across all product engineering disciplines.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.- 2 to 5 years experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java / Golang / Python / C++.

• Strong software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style.- Deep understanding of data structure, algorithm design and analysis, networking, data security and highly scalable systems design.
• In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL / Redis / Kafka etc. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience of warehouse management and / or supply chain technology is a big plus.
