Job Description :
This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices.

The Strategic Full Reval Capability (SFRC) technology team is responsible for developing risk solutions to meet enterprise-wide regulatory requirements.
The primary focus of the team is on building scalable risk generation for use cases across Global Markets. End users include trading desks, senior trading management, market risk management, Global Risk Analytics and Finance groups.
SFRC technology is a global team of highly skilled and motivated developers using agile methods to iterate quickly and work closely with users to deliver superior trading risk technology.
The SFRC platform now serves as the single platform for all full revaluation business & regulatory deliverables It now hosts in Production, the generation of Risk Sensitives for a number of critical Market Risk Regulatory obligations such as CCAR / EBA Stress Testing for Global Markets, Full Reval VAR for BoFASE Legal Entity and FRTB SA for European Entities.
As the development teams focus on expansion of the platform for CCR MIRA#2, FRTB SA (2024) / Full Reval VAR (2025) to all Entities and FRTB IMA (2026+), it is imperative to develop engineering practices and infrastructure for operational efficiency of the platform and production stability.
This position requires managing complex technology projects in risk domain, ability to work across teams and thorough understanding of inter-dependencies amongst disparate systems in global markets space.
Person effective in this role will lead to stable production environment, effective management of process across all SDLC phases, strict adherence to enterprise change management requirements by teams, shifting left of quality assurance.
Responsibilities :
- Manage production stability.
- Liaise with MAPS team for all SFRC batches to ensure consistency across all streams
- Manage key know errors / issues, evaluate and prioritize with teams on remediation of issues
- Manage metrics and tracking of issues - understanding the drivers behind instability and impacts on SLA
- Developing roadmap for remediation and continued stability
- DevOps - Environment management, QA Function & Release management
- Develop tools and solutions to bring visibility to pipeline of Jiras, both internal and external dependencies, manage hygiene of jiras & review requests
- Develop tools and processes for continuous testing of lob changes, analytics libraries changes.
- Develop solutions to manage regression, UAT signoff for releases by various stakeholders
- Create and maintain the deliverables and Epics
- Ensure stories for deliverables are MRA2 compliance
- Priorities QA tasks with BA and Dev against other business driven priorities.
- Oversee all SFRC platform Audit projects or prioritized mandatory projects
eg CCR MRIA, FRTB UAT Env SIAI; ACPR DMC)
- Communicate and resolve issues with external tech teams and stakeholders
- Undergo project planning and prioritise work for BA and Dev teams
- Risk, issues and status updates via dashboards
- Work closely with Audit partners to support any audit reviews
- Track completion of any audit tasks owned by SFRC team

- Management Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SFRC tech teams.
- Recruit, hire & develop talent.
- Liaise with project managers and development leads on ensuring BAU items are integrated and prioritized within the project teams
- Liaise with SFRC PMO on deliverables / epics updates
- Liaise with SFRC PMO on status reporting requirements for steering committee or monthly accomplishments and status
- Remediate issues escalated by the SFRC Operations team members and other dev raised issues for projects
Required Qualification :
- 10 years+ experience in developing technical projects with complex risk and PnL applications expertise.
- A senior manager with deep domain knowledge, excellent communications skills, ability to drive solutions.
- Experience with regulatory programs and domain knowledge on enterprise risk for market / liquidity / credit risk and Finance.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, developing engineering practices, automation to boost resiliency and efficiency of large scale risk platforms
- Track record of successfully setting up QA function & devops functions for a large scale risk platform
Desired Skills :
- Ability to work in a matrix structure, collaborating with cross teams for successful technical deliveries.
- Very good with managing complex dependencies with wide array of systems within global markets.
- This person will be interested in leveraging and growing their influence across Global Markets as well as improving their technical skills.
- Strong project execution skills, ability to leverage available resources for their strengths.
Minimum Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
